Our development plan aims at raising the awareness of business ethics with focuses on the Mainland of China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and creating a business environment where ethics is an integral part of an organizational culture which inspires honesty, trust and enterprising spirit.
Conferences and trainings are organized in collaboration with our partners. Beginning from 2005 to 2009, they are organized each year in Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong respectively.

Seminars
AIBE has developed a core product known as Ethics in Business Seminar designed exclusively for corporations, professions and industries based on the belief that
moral responsibility must be self-imposed and self-accepted.In the seminar, teams of participants are asked to discuss and formulate a team answer to 5 tasks:
- Develop / review the the mission statement.
- Evaluate the culture of corporation / profession / industry .
- List and put into priority the practices that the corporation's / profession's / industry's code of ethics should cover.
- Draft a viable and realistic code of ethics
- Develop an ethics compliance system
The purpose and result of the seminar are to offer an opportunity to draft an economically efficient and socially viable corporate / profession / industry codes that can be used to generate continuing discussions and periodic modifications to meet changing needs.
